Sarah was honestly a really good choice. She is knowledgeable, honest, she won’t beat around the bush. She will work with you no matter what problem comes up. When my fiancé and I were interested in purchasing a house for the first time it felt intimidating. The pressure of making a good financial decision especially in a market which is not young adult friendly almost pushed me away entirely. Sarah was able to give me facts, realistic facts not just opinions or bias. This helped me very much and you don’t see much honesty anymore. All you see nowadays is people complaining about how much it is impossible to buy a house. Well as it turns out. It wasn’t. Essentially you could tell Sarah really cared about you and was not just looking to get paid. She will walk you through everything and if she does not know the answer to a question she will really try to find out for you! When it came time to close Sarah purchased us gifts which was really nice! She also applied discounts as I was involved in the first responder realm! I’m very much happy with how everything turned out and Sarah was a big part of the process! 100% recommend!
